Westlaw NZ provides access to a suite of databases relating to resource management. These include the Resource Management Act, regulations, case law and policy statements.

Lexis+ New Zealand provides the regularly updated text Environmental & Resource Management Law which covers all aspects of resource and environmental management in New Zealand. Lexis+ New Zealand also holds all of the New Zealand Law Reports and the encyclopaedic Laws of New Zealand.

Soil science

This database has consistent and comprehensive national soil data layers to support applications at local & regional-national scales.  There is access to soil type data along with maps and factsheets on soil type (drainage, soil moisture and depth to hard soil data). The mapping tool and factsheets require registration for first time users.
