Stefano Cataloni BA, GRDip, MM, FHEA

Senior Tutor

School of Management

My teaching and research interests are in international business, leadership, and organisational behaviour. My current research is on leadership and the impact it has on the psychosocial safety climate within an organisation. Before working at Massey, I held a variety of roles in the private and public sectors; experiences which I like to regularly incorporate into my teaching and research practice. I enjoy interacting with students in small and large settings, and welcome discussions in lectures and workshops.
